Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, keeping the floor stocked and accurately priced with a welcoming atmosphere. You will help guests discover products and provide excellent service to drive sales.

You’ll restock and merchandise, support checkout and backroom organization, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the shift. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is common.
