Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales trends and use store tools to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise.
• Set and maintain visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising.
• Remerchandise as items sell through to sustain an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing execution.
• Utilize fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Support back-up cashier and drive-up operations while complying with policies.
