Target is looking for a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through excellent service and compelling in-store visuals. You will ensure the floor is set with the right products, priced accurately, and ready for guests to shop, while delivering a standout guest experience on the sales floor and fitting room.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, physical activity, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Guest-first culture knowledge and guest service fundamentals.
• Understanding of retail basics including pricing and promotions.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising trends and brand differentiation.
• Ability to set and price floor with correct product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing visual standards and promotional signing.
• Use store tools to analyze sales and inventory to assist guests.
• Sort freight and stock backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides for guest experience.
• Maintain full floorpad with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchnadise presentations as items sell to inspire shopping.
• Assist with price changes and signing.
