Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through strong operations and in-store presentations. You will welcome guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, ensure products are accurately priced, sized, and displayed to drive a seamless shopping experience.

The role emphasizes guest service, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing, staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to solve guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, locate merchandise in backroom per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes by executing clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Assist fulfillment and guest needs by returning merchandise from fitting rooms to salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethics, safety, and compliance.
• Work safely and report hazards; adhere to safety policies.
