Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and restock merchandise to the sales floor and backroom.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a fully stocked floor for easy guest discovery.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to support guest requests.
• Remerchandise displays as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing during promotions.
• Greet guests and engage when they need assistance; thank them for shopping at Target.
