Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to greet and assist guests on the sales floor, help with fittings, and keep displays current and inviting. You will support daily operations, merchandising, and guest services with a focus on a welcoming experience and efficient store flow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering an outstanding guest experience. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with apparel products and accessories.

• Ability to communicate using handheld scanners and store tech.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the sales floor guest-ready with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to review sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and move merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor space through replenishment activities.
• Organize backroom areas and support replenishment andguest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to maintain an inspiring store.
