Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing store environment. You will participate in in-store operations, assist guests, and support merchandising and pricing processes.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing retail is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor guest-ready with visual standards and signing.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Sort freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad through priority and manual fills.
