Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will ensure the floor is visually appealing, accurately priced, and stocked with the right sizes and colors to meet guest needs.

You will engage guests, support store operations, and participate in merchandising initiatives that keep the space inviting and easy to navigate while delivering exceptional guest service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Understand sales data and inventory to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floorpad through prioritised fills.
