Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to ensure a welcoming guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting room, with emphasis on visual merchandising, pricing, and product availability.

This role prioritizes strong operations and guest service fundamentals, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays). Training is provided to develop skills in retail and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Set, price, and sign the floor with correct sizes and colors.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain backroom organization for replenishment and assortments.
• Support price changes and signing for promotions and markdowns.
• Greet guests and assist with their needs, providing excellent service.
