Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide excellent guest service, manage merchandising, and support daily operations on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, assisting with product discovery, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment. Training is provided to build skills in merchandising, checkout support, and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and relocate merchandise to the floor or backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
