Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver an engaging guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help guests discover fashion and complete purchases while maintaining store standards and product presentation.

Responsibilities include driving sales, stocking, merchandising, and supporting store operations with a flexible schedule to meet guest needs across peak times.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms to meet needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backstock as needed.
• Maintain product availability and execute replenishment to keep shelves full.
• Support price changes and signage accuracy to reflect promotions.
