Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will ensure attractive, correctly priced, and well-merchandised floor space while supporting guest needs and store operations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, team collaboration, and flexibility in shift times, including weekends and holidays. Training is provided to build product knowledge and selling skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales, inventory, and app tools to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to improve guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
