Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure the sales floor is inviting, well stocked, and accurately signed. You will greet guests, assist with finding the right styles, and support stock and fitting room operations with enthusiasm.

This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service orientation and ability to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, active retail environment and physical tasks.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor with clean displays and accurate pricing.
• Utilize store tools and signage to understand inventory and assist guests.
• Restock and organize backroom and sales floor to support replenishment and guest needs.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests and service interactions.
• Assist with cash handling, sign execution, and safety compliance as required.
