Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist with the fitting room, and maintain a visually compelling sales floor. You will support guest services, respond to inquiries, and help with inventory as needed.

This role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to sales floor, and locate merchandise.
• Set and refresh visual presentations to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and perform replenishment.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise flow.
