• Excellent guest service and the ability to assist customers on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signage.
• Sort freight, stock backroom, and replenish on the floor to meet business needs.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and perform priority fills and merchandising within capacity.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to enable smooth guest service.
• Remerchandise displays as products sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signings to reflect promotions.
• Keep fitting rooms inviting and functional to welcome guests.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and drive-up in compliance with policies.
• Create a welcoming guest experience and assist with inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and conduct requirements at all times.
