Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly Style Consultant to help guests find fashion that fits their style and needs. You’ll support on the sales floor and in the fitting room, keep the floor stocked and priced, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and physical store duties with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to help you develop skills and advance in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service background and the ability to assist guests across the store.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding retail environment.
• Moderate problem-solving and communication skills to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and current signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room to enhance shopping experience.
• Sort and stock merchandise, ensure accurate pricing and signing on the floor.
• Set up visual merchandising guides and keep product availability high.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to support guest requests.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues in a courteous, efficient manner.
