Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through friendly, proactive service and engaging product presentation. You will maintain a welcoming floor, assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, and support visual merchandising across departments.

In a fast-paced environment, you will leverage store tools, handle merchandise flow, and participate in price changes while upholding safety and integrity standards.

• Thrive in a fast-moving, active role requiring flexibility and problem solving.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and maintain product availability on the floor.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest demand.
• Assist with price changes and fitting room operations.
• Greet guests, engage helpfully, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety policies and ethical conduct at all times.
