Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, priced and signed for easy self-discovery. You will deliver a welcoming guest experience and support brand presentation.

Responsibilities include driving sales, using store tools to monitor inventory and price changes, restocking, and maintaining backroom organization to support replenishment and guest needs.

• Ability to work in a fast-moving, physically demanding retail environment.

• Sort freight, stock the floor, and locate merchandise.
• Maintain visual presentations and merchandising to support guest experience and sales.
• Keep product availability high and manage backroom organization for replenishment.
