Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room with a focus on delivering an incredible guest experience. You will ensure the floor is full, accurately priced, and presented in line with brand standards to enable quick self-discovery and easy shopping.

As a Style Consultant you will drive sales, assist with inventory and backroom organization, and support price changes and sign execution while maintaining safety and ethical conduct on the shop

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-first service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to participate in a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong interest in apparel and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signed signage.
• Sort freight, push products to the floor and locate items in backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability with priority and bulk fills for a full floorpad.
• Assist with backroom organization, replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes through merchandising and signing execution.
• Greet guests and assist with fittings, cash handling and checkout as needed.
