Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, assist with fashion needs, and maintain an inviting sales floor. You will deliver excellent guest service, execute visual merchandising, and help guests discover products that fit their style in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining stock and signage, and supporting guest needs across fitting rooms, pickup, and Drive-Up services while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest-focused service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Clear and courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signing guidelines.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the floor, and locate items as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with priority fills and merchandising.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to support guest needs.
• Remerchandise as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with clear signage and promotions.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
• Help guests with orders, pickup, and drive-up while complying with safety policies.
