Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with a welcoming, helpful attitude and strong knowledge of apparel. You will support replenishment, pricing, and in-store presentations to inspire shopping and drive sales.

The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced store environment, teamwork, and excellent communication with guests and teammates to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and promotions.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, place merchandise in backroom as needed.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising.
