Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver outstanding guest experiences on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will ensure floor readiness, accurate pricing, and attractive product presentation while staying knowledgeable about assortment and brand offerings.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided to develop styling and guest-service skills in a dynamic store setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor using visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales, inventory, and promotions to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push freight to sales floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability and full floorpad through priority and merchandising fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to energize the shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing during promotions.
• Maintain fitting rooms for welcoming and assisting guests.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and curbside pickup while complying with laws.
