Target is seeking a Style Consultant to create an inviting, organized sales floor and provide an exceptional guest experience. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring products are accurately priced and displayed with the right sizes and colors.

You will engage guests, answer questions, and help solve needs while maintaining compliance with safety policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and place merchandise on the sales floor and in backrooms as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor, executing priority fills and merchandising.
