Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests, maintain an inviting sales floor, and support in-store merchandising. The role emphasizes guest-first service, strong teamwork, and flexibility to meet a fast-paced retail schedule.

You will help guests at the fitting room, manage stock, and participate in price changes and backroom upkeep. The position offers hands-on training, opportunities to develop product knowledge, and a dynamic, high-energy store environment designed to fuel customer

Responsibilities

• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor through priority and manual fills.
