Job summary

H&M in the United States is seeking a Sales Advisor who delivers exceptional customer service, welcomes customers, and guides them through the store to actively sell products. You will use fashion knowledge to provide information for the best shopping experience and keep garment care and presentation in top condition.

You will work with the store team to meet sales targets, participate in onboarding and training, and support with omni-channel initiatives where available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or similar environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide shoppers through the store.
• Promote and sell products while delivering the omni-channel experience where available.
• Maintain garment refilling, care, presentation and a clean sales floor.
• Support opening/closing and store operations to help meet sales targets.
