Job summary

Target is seeking a friendly and energetic Style Consultant to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, ensuring appealing product presentations and accurate pricing.

This role requires a flexible schedule, physical stamina, and a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience. You will contribute to store operations, inventory flow, and cash handling with safety and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach and guest-first attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15–44 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and push freight to the sales floor as required by business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing replenishment tasks.
• Support backroom organization and merchandise replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing to maintain accurate signage.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support Drive-Up and order pickup duties while upholding safety policies.
• Commit to safety and compliance in all daily tasks.
