Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room with a focus on guest service and compelling visual merchandising. You will ensure the floor is properly stocked, priced, and signed, while supporting store operations and guest needs throughout the day.

You will participate in visual merchandising, fulfill replenishment, and assist with price changes and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and floor space through priority fills and replenishment.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and ensure signage accuracy during promotions.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving items to the sales floor as needed.
• Demonstrate safety, ethics, and compliance in all tasks.
