Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, delivering a high-energy, guest-first experience. You will help maintain attractive presentations, price accuracy, and product availability while supporting daily store operations.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to start your career with Target.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor with correctly priced items.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
• Welcome guests at fitting rooms and assist with their shopping experience.
