Job summary

WeightWatchers, a global digital health company, is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to connect with members and build inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations. You’ll deliver an exceptional workshop experience and help members adopt healthier habits.

This part-time, flexible role requires travel to workshop sites within the territory. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program. US pay range for this position is $18–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator experience.
• Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or eager to join.
• Excellent active listening and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating groups is preferred.
• Willing to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and guide members through weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build connections in the community and represent WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building and support.
• Provide behavior change coaching to help members reflect, learn and take action.
