Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members at Studio locations across the United States. You will deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum, recruit new members, and foster a supportive, inclusive in-person community that helps people eat better, move more and build sustainable healthy habits.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, part-time scheduling, and a hybrid work environment, with about 18–21 USD per hour depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Passionate about wellness; either a current WW member or excited to become one.
• Excellent at active listening to assist members.
• Experienced at facilitating a group is preferred.
• Must be able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community and represent WW at internal and external events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools or products.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard, and supported.
