Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking part-time Field Team Coaches and Guides to engage members, recruit new participants, and drive program adoption across our Studio locations. You will deliver the weekly behavior change curriculum, foster community connections, and support members with tools, products, and tailored guidance.

We value flexible hours, the ability to travel between workshop sites, and a passion for wellness.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy with content creation skills.
• Passionate about wellness; current WW member or willing to join.
• Excellent active listening to assist members.
• Experience facilitating a group is preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
• Build connections in the community on social platforms and seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness, representing WW at events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing tools or products to be successful.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported, encouraging reflection, problem-solving and action plans.
