Qualifications

• Social media savvy and/or content creation experience.
• Passionate about wellness and open to becoming a WW member.
• Excellent active listening to support members.
• Experience facilitating groups preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek brand partnerships, attract new members, and create brand awareness.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship building.
• Deliver behavior change coaching by supporting members and guiding action plans.
