Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a flexible, part-time Field Team member to engage members, deliver workshops, and drive community connections in a hybrid work model. You will recruit new members, support retention, and coach behavior change as part of WW’s wellness program.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, responding to member needs, and representing WW at events while supporting the weekly curriculum and brand goals.

Qualifications

• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Excellent at active listening to assist members.
• Experience facilitating a group is preferred.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional workshop experience by engaging members with weekly curriculum.
• Build strong connections in the community, including social platforms and events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention through relationship-building and providing tools.
• Deliver behavior change coaching, helping members reflect, learn, and take action.
