Job summary

Studs Madison Studio is seeking a part-time Studio Supervisor to support daily operations, open/close the Studio, and lead on the sales floor while maintaining Studs’ safety and service standards. The role requires reliability, independent operation, and a customer‑facing mindset.

You will help manage floor leadership during peak periods, ensure a warm, consistent customer journey, and uphold brand standards while working a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a keyholder or shift leader with independent operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Eligible to work up to 29 hours per week per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Support floor leadership during peak periods and drive sales and service goals.
• Ensure safety and brand standards in piercing and Studio cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional service and educate customers on the Studs experience.
