Job summary

Studs Madison, WI is seeking a Studio Supervisor to support daily Studio operations, including opening/closing, floor leadership, and ensuring a consistent Studs experience. This is a non-managerial role requiring maturity, ownership, and strong judgment while upholding brand standards.

The position offers a $17 hourly rate, full-time hours, and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. You’ll help deliver exceptional service and a welcoming customer journey in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role with independent operations and opening/closing responsibilities.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 5 days per week (32+ hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required, excluding approved PTO.
• Full-Time employees must prioritise Studs as their primary employment commitment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
• Acts as a floor leader during assigned shifts, helping structure the team to deliver both sales and service goals.
• Upholds compliance with safety and brand standards, including regulations tied to piercing and Studio cleanliness.
• Delivers exceptional service and educates customers on the Studs experience.
• Supports service recovery and escalates customer concerns as needed.
• Ensures a warm, welcoming, and consistent customer journey aligned with our service expectations.
• Sets a strong example for professionalism, inclusion, and accountability.
• Provides real-time feedback and support to teammates when appropriate, escalating as needed.
• Helps reinforce company values and contributes to a collaborative, feedback-rich environment.
