Studs is a category-defining ear piercing and earring brand known for its aftercare and Earscaping® experience. Location: New Orleans, LA.

This part-time Studio Supervisor role reports to the Studio Manager and emphasizes a warm, consistent customer journey in a brand-forward environment. As Studio Supervisor, you will open/close, lead shifts, and uphold safety, service standards, and brand integrity while supporting daily operations and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a keyholder or shift lead with independent operations.
• Available for flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Able to operate solo and lead floor leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the Studio independently and completes opening/closing procedures.
• Supports daily execution of visual merchandising, restocks, and Studio upkeep.
• Reviews daily business and helps implement strategies to drive results.
