Sunset Studios in New York (Sunset Studios) seeks an Assistant Stage Manager to support the professional management of stages, vendors, clients, rental equipment, and administrative tasks essential to the Stage and Operations teams.

You will coordinate loading processes, assist with equipment rentals and billing, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional client service on a fast-paced studio campus.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years production or operations experience within entertainment in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong project, organizational, research and time management skills; able to work independently.
• Desire to learn, grow, and be developed in studio operations.
• Ability to learn and handle production requests and operational duties.
• Exemplary communication and customer service to interact with clients and vendors.
• Able to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple people.
• Discreetly handle confidential information.
• Polished professional demeanor around clients and executives.
• Ability to evaluate and solve client issues while aligning with company objectives.
• Must work opening or closing shifts and weekends/holidays as needed.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate stage operation procedures for load in/out and shooting to ensure smooth production runs.
• Serve as contact and liaison for stage clients, delivering excellent customer service.
• Enforce fire codes and safety rules in studio environment.
• Assist with studio equipment rentals, rates, billing and repairs.
• Maintain stage reports for billing, cleanliness, repairs, and readiness.
• Help resolve facility-related problems.
• Support mailroom duties: receiving, sorting, distributing mail/packages.
• Perform administrative runner duties for Operations team.
• Assist with Basecamp parking logistics and related tasks.
• Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
