Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a Studio Sales Manager to oversee a single studio’s sales and daily operations, collaborating with the General Manager and Regional Manager. The role emphasizes a proactive, sales-driven approach to grow memberships, retail, and private training while maintaining excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in fitness management or sales, strong English communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness management/sales experience.
• 2 year Club Pilates experience preferred
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Team
• Ability to manage and drive 3 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
• Affinity for fitness and strong writing/grammar skills
• Highly organized with data management and deadline focus
• Professional, punctual, reliable and neat

Responsibilities

• Thrive in a Fast paced enviroment and enjoy connecting with people
• Supervise and develop Sales Representatives
• Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Any other duties as assigned
