SPENGA is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the studio's performance, lead a sales team, and push membership sales and retention. You will oversee lead generation, grass roots marketing, and B2B relationships to grow the SPENGA brand in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA.
• Sell memberships and retail.
• Retain and increase client participation.
• Submit accurate and timely reports.
• Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships.
• As a SPENGA ambassador, managers will promote, sell, and add to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.
