Job summary

New York Pilates is seeking a Studio Sales Representative to be the face of the brand, delivering warm hospitality while guiding prospective students to memberships and retail options. This role blends service with a sales mindset to help drive studio growth and create lasting impressions.

You’ll welcome students, nurture relationships, follow up on leads, and strive to meet individual and studio sales goals, all while staying organized and energized in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals.
• Enjoy building relationships and delivering memorable client experiences.
• Confident initiating conversations, selling memberships and retail products.
• Willing to work at least 15 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excited to become a product expert of the New York Pilates brand.

Responsibilities

• Promote retail and studio offerings to potential clients.
