New York Pilates is seeking an exceptional Studio Representative to be the face of our studio. This role blends hospitality with sales, delivering warm welcomes and guiding members through membership options. You will build relationships, drive studio growth, and ensure every student feels valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, retail, boutique fitness, or other service-focused environment.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales or performance goals.
• Love building relationships and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Are organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• Communicate confidently and remain calm under pressure.
• Enjoy working on your feet in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Can commit to at least 15 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Are excited to immerse yourself in the New York Pilates brand by taking classes and becoming a product expert.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of New York Pilates at the studio, delivering exceptional hospitality and first impressions.
• Help students choose memberships and products, following up with prospective members.
• Drive studio growth through relationship-building and proactive client engagement.
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a smooth studio operation.
• Capture feedback, support team goals, and ensure a positive member experience.

You enjoy helping people find the right membership, recommending products they'll love, following up with prospective students, and contributing to the studio's growth. You take ownership, stay organized, and always look for ways to make the studio run better than you found it.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18-$24/hour based on experience, plus monthly sales commission.
