Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Sales Associate (Part Time and/or Full Time) to join our studio team in San Diego. You will support front-of-house operations, deliver premium customer service, drive membership sales and renewals, and contribute to retail and concessions targets.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience, with the ability to greet members, handle inquiries, process transactions, and generate new leads through outreach and social channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with proven sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced studio.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet.
• Health and fitness minded; team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Keeps records accurate using established OTF sales systems.
• Handles telephone inquiries and follow-up calls.
• Leads OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders.
• Greets members and guests warmly to create a welcoming entry.
• Participates in 1-2 OTF workouts per week.
• Maintains organized lobby/front desk area.
• Processes cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Generates new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and social media.
• Converts leads into members with timely outreach to new leads.
• Contacts potential clients through cold calls and emails.
