Orangetheory Fitness -- West Coast Fitness is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in South San Francisco. The role centers on meeting membership and retail sales goals while delivering outstanding member experiences in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities include guiding new and existing members, conducting studio tours, handling transactions, and supporting a welcoming, energetic atmosphere. This is a part-time position with variable shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a quota-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Functional computer skills: Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must thrive in an ORANGE TEAM environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate genuine member and guest connections and follow up on membership status.
• Deliver friendly, inclusive service and drive sales and renewals.
• Support retention through quality member experiences and clean, safe studios.
• Handle credit card transactions accurately and maintain organized front desk areas.
• Host studio tours for prospects and current program holders and support onboarding.
