Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Chula Vista is hiring a Lead Sales Associate/Membership Advisor to drive studio revenue and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will lead the sales team, manage appointments, and work toward monthly renewal goals in a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.

The role requires a minimum 30 hours per week with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts, strong customer service, and solid communication. Base pay is $18/hour with bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, with strong sales ability.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel) and internet skills.
• Health-minded and fitness-oriented individuals preferred.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Be the top revenue producer in the studio and lead the sales team.
• Lead sales and KPI performance (DPM).
• Work toward meeting monthly package renewal goals.
• Manage appointment book and OrangeBook; confirm waitlists and follow ups.
• Assist Studio Manager with wellness prospecting and community engagement.
• Train and onboard new sales staff on guest onboarding and customer experience.
• Support scheduling and shift coverage (30+ hours, 4+ shifts per week).
