Job summary

OT Growth Partners operates Orangetheory Fitness studios and is seeking a motivated front desk associate. You will greet guests, present the studio concept, manage the front desk, and assist trainers with intros through their first Orangetheory workout.

The role involves selling memberships, following up with prospective clients, handling member concerns professionally, and participating in marketing events. Availability includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing.
• Positive, energetic attitude and ability to engage with customers.
• Team player with willingness to assist instructors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the studio with enthusiasm and provide knowledge about the OTF concept.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness offering to prospects (intros) and answer questions.
• Manage front desk tasks including phones and member interactions.
• Give studio tours and assist trainers to guide intros through first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and follow up with prospective clients.
• Address member concerns professionally to reach resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and keep studio clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
