Job summary

Fox Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join the Studio Lot team. You will handle shipping/receiving, coordinate carriers, and maintain accurate records and inventories.

Responsibilities include using multiple shipping software platforms, processing service requests, and ensuring shipments comply with carrier regulations and safety

Qualifications

• Prior shipping/receiving experience.
• Strong communication and organization.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to employees, clients, vendors, and trades.
• Respond to service requests via email, phone, or in person and log/dispatch tickets.
• Use ticketing system to open/close/track requests.
• Provide status updates to clients/internal teams.
• Perform general clerical duties and record keeping.
• Receive, sort, and deliver parcels as needed.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material with carriers and logistics providers.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records and audits.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Prepare outbound shipments with Bills of Lading and regulatory paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
