Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Receiving Clerk for the Fox Studio Lot in Los Angeles. You will handle day-to-day shipping/receiving tasks, respond to service requests, and maintain accurate records using multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison to employees, clients, vendors and trades.
Respond to service requests via email, phone, or in person; log and dispatch teams.
Use ticketing system to open/close/track requests.
Provide status updates to clients and internal teams.
Perform clerical duties including ordering supplies and filing.
Receive, sort, and deliver parcels; track inbound/outbound shipments.
Operate material handling equipment and prepare outbound shipments with proper Bills of Lading.
