Job summary

FOX Factory, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support our warehouse operations. The role involves inspecting, receiving, and accurately processing incoming shipments, ensuring quantity, condition, and inventory integrity throughout the facility.

You will coordinate movement of materials, maintain documentation, and operate material handling equipment. The position emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately inspect, verify, and process incoming materials.
• Working knowledge of inventory control and receiving processes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and communication skills to assist in coordinating receiving activities.
• Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and lift/move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.
