Job summary

FOX News Channel in Los Angeles is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to manage daily logistics on the studio lot. You will process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires prior shipping experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and a benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or mail services.
• Strong knowledge of shipping software across multiple platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day shipping/receiving tasks with focus on accuracy.
• Respond to service requests via email/phone and provide updates.
• Prepare outbound shipments with Bills of Lading and carrier labels.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular audits.
