Job summary

This role supports receiving operations by inspecting, processing, and distributing incoming materials with accuracy, ensuring inventory integrity and timely movement of goods within the facility.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year warehouse experience, a HS diploma, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership and communication skills for coordinating receiving activities.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, and condition.
• Identify and report damaged or discrepant materials and assist in resolving shipment issues.
• Coordinate the movement and distribution of received materials to designated departments or storage locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and returned materials.
• Operate material handling equipment, including tier-lift trucks and hand trucks, to transport materials safely throughout the facility.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining receiving and storage areas to support efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in receiving activities as needed.
